The Company markets its services through a number of Channel Parers who recommend its services in combination with
equipment and services that they provide. Company does not currently provide and has not previously provided its services in
Idaho, with the exception of one remote offce of a multi-site customer headquarered in Montana located in Coeur D' Alene, ID
and currently serviced through a resale arangement with 360 Networks Inc.
