CHANGE IDAHO USF SURCHARGE, ADVICE LETTER NO. 10-05.
On September 20 , 2010, Potlatch Telephone Company (Potlatch) filed Tariff Advice
Letter No. 10-05 to comply with Commission OrderNo. 32058 to increase the Idaho Universal
Service Fund surcharge rates on residential and business lines and on MTS/W A TS intrastate
billed minutes. With this filing, Potlatch replaces the surcharge rates currently listed in the tariff
for both the Idaho Universal Service Fund Surcharge and Idaho Telecommunications Service
Assistance Program with a footnote that states
, "
(tJhe surcharge rates are established by the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC)." Potlatch requests an effective date of October 1
2010.
