Enclosed are the telecommunications price lists you filed on behalf of NICS.  Before the Commission Staff will ask the Commission to approve NICS to operate within Idaho, we request that you obtain and provide to the Commission an affidavit from your parole officer verifying that your position with NICS does not violate terms of your parole agreement.  Once that statement is provided, the Commission Staff will be happy to assist NICS in complying with Idaho laws regarding the providing of telecommunication services within the state. Please contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Weldon B. Stutzman Deputy Attorney General cc:  Brett DeLange, DAG, Consumer Protection Unit bls/L-whetton.ws
