Dear Ms. Boreyko:

In response to your letter the following changes should be noted regarding eligible telecommunications carriers in Idaho. All changes are the result of carrier mergers. Cambridge merged with Council; Midvale merged with Sawtooth; Direct Communications Lakeside merged with Direct Communications Rockland. All other information remains the same. The following telephone companies in Idaho have been designated as Eligible Telecommunications Carriers by the Commission under 47 U.S.C. § 214(e).
