RE:One-2-One
Dear Mike,
Pursuant to your E-mail request last Friday, I am forwarding for your information material the Commission’s Consumer Assistance section received from Gary Lambert in Coeur d’Alene. As indicated in the attached information, One-2-One is attempting to collect “past due” charges from this Idaho customer. Also attached are five complaints that the Consumer Assistance section has received since February 1996 concerning One-2-One. I have included the narrative reports for your information.
Given your continued interest in One-2-One in addition to other consumer issues, it would be helpful for the Commission’s Consumer Assistance section to meet with the A.G.’s Consumer Protection Unit to discuss issues of mutual concern. I would suggest you contact Bev Barker, supervisor of the Commission’s Consumer Assistance section, at 334-0302 to set up a short meeting.
If you have any questions about the enclosed material, please give Bev a call.
Sincerely,
Donald L. Howell II
Deputy Attorney General
