Dear Ms. McDermott: I have received the packet of information you forwarded concerning your mother’s billing problems with Westel, a subsidiary of Albion Telephone Company.  As your letter points out, customers in those exchanges that U S WEST recently sold to various purchasers (including Westel) have experienced problems with the transition.
