COMES NOW Yellowstone Power Inc., (Yellowstone) and moves the
Commission for an Order to Permit the Filng of Reply Comments and Establish a Reply
Comment filing date, and in support thereof, respectfuly shows as follows:
1. The Application in this case seeks approval of a Firm Energy Sales Agreement
(Agreement) between Yellowstone and Idao Power Company contaning
published avoided cost rates in existence prior to March 16,2010. The
Commission's Notice of Application, issued herein, established an initial
Comment deadline of October 1, 2010, but did not establish a deadline for the
fiing of Reply Comments.
2. Commission Staffhas fied Comments of the Commission Staff dated October 1,
2010, in which Staf concludes, "Staf is unable to recommend that the

COMMENT FILING DATE-l
Commission approve the Idaho Power/Yellowstone Agreement.. ." (Staff
Comments Pg. 8).
3 . Yellowstone disagrees with the Staff conclusion and desires to present arguent
and evidence demonstrating that the Agreement should be approved as submitted.
4. Yellowstone recommends that the Commission establish a Reply Comment filing
date of October 18, 2010.
