Re: New TRS Contract

Dear Bob,

Forwarded for your review and signature is the new contract for TRS services entered into between you and the Commission. This contract primarily updates the existing contract. As identified in ¶ 4.3, this contract is for a period of three years and it may be renewed. You will also note that there were a couple more paragraphs added to the end of the contract including ¶¶ 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, and 5.13.

Pursuant to paragraph 5.5 of the contract, I assume that you will provide a statement that you are a sole proprietorship. Accordingly, I have prepared a statement for your signature similar to the one you executed on April 15, 1996.

If this contract meets with your approval, please sign each of the two copies and keep one copy for your records. Please return the other copy to Doug Cooley.

When you receive this, I will probably be out of the country. Consequently, if you have any questions, please contact Doug Cooley at 334-0347.
