RE:Registering to Operate in Idaho
Dear Mr. Clark:
Over the last several months, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission has received several complaints alleging that ACI or its agents have slammed customers located within Idaho.  In addition, a review of the Commission’s records indicates that ACI Communications has not registered as a telecommunications corporation with the Commission or the Secretary of State.  ACI has also failed to file price lists for the provision of MTS, WATS and other long-distance services.  In compliance with Idaho Code § 62-606.
To correct these deficiencies, ACI Communications should comply with the registration and price lists requirements.  To assist your Company to come into compliance, I have enclosed a booklet that describes the Commission’s registration and price lists procedures.  The booklet also contains other requirement with which ACI must comply.
