RE: Advanced Telecommunication Network, Inc.’s Failure
to Pay the Idaho PUC 1999 Regulatory Fee

Dear Mr. Bardo:

Enclosed for your review are copies of correspondence forwarded to Advanced Telecommunication Network regarding the non-payment of its 1999 annual regulatory fee to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. To date, the Commission and I have forwarded three letters to the Company seeking to collect 1999 regulatory fee. The Company must remit a total of $51.03 to avoid the show cause hearing and further legal action. The Company’s failure to pay its regulatory fee also subjects it to a daily civil penalty not to exceed $2,000. See Idaho Code §§ 61-1005 and 61-706. The Commission’s address is shown on the bottom of this letter.
