RE:IDAHO POWER COMPANY TARIFF ADVICE NO. 10-03 MODIFYING
CITY OF HAILEY, IDAHO FRANCHISE FEE AGREEMENT
BACKGROUND
On August 26, 2010, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice regarding the
franchise agreement between Idaho Power Company and the City of Hailey, Idaho. The City
Hailey adopted Ordinance No. 1057 on July 22, 2010 to replace the previous Ordinance No. 753.
The newly adopted Ordinance No. 0157 does not change or modify the current franchise fee of
percent. A copy of the Ordinance was submitted with the Application. The Company requested an
effective date of change of September 26 2010 for the City of Hailey.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Tariff Advice No. 10-03 for filing with an
effective date of September 26, 2010.
