On August 20,2019, GC Pivotal,LLC dba Global Capacity applied for a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local telecommunications services in ldaho.
THE APPLICATION
Global Capacity is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Mclean,
Virginia, and authorized to do business in Idaho. Application, Exhibit A. It plans to provide
facilities-based and resold basic local exchange telecommunications services to business
customers, and plans to obtain interconnection agreements with the incumbent local exchange
companies. Application at 2. Global Capacity plans to offer service in the geographic areas
currently served by CenturyLi*.ld. at3.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the use of Modified Procedure with a2l-day comment deadline and
7-day reply deadline.
