RE: Fatbeam, LLC Notice 
Fatbeam, LLC (Fatbeam) is hereby providing notice they will be providing telecommunications services 
other than basic local exchange services and interexchange MTS/WATS long distance services in the 
state of Idaho.  
Fatbeam is a limited liability company formed in Washington State and registered in the state of Idaho 
as a foreign business. Fatbeam will provide Ethernet and dark fiber transport, and data services 
statewide via business‐to‐business contracts. 
Pursuant to Title 62.604 and IDAPA 31.42.01 Rule 202, this notice, in addition to the enclosed Annual 
Notice providing company contact information, provides the information required by the Commission. A 
copy of Fatbeam’s Certificate of Authority (W 94655) to transact business in the state of Idaho is also 
enclosed. 
Fatbeam understands a Certificate of Public Convenience or Necessity and price lists are not required.
