SUBJECT: THE APPLICATION OF CALLCATCHERS INC. DBA
FREEDOMVOICE SYSTEMS, LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, CASE NO. FVS-T-16-01
On June 24, 2016, Callcatchers Inc. dba FreedomVoice Systems, LLC filed an
Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. The Company requested
authority to provide resold interexchange services within the State of Idaho. After a preliminary
review, Commission Staff determined that Freedom Voice Systems does not need a Certificate
for the services that it plans to offer in Idaho. On August 30, 2016, the Company voluntarily
withdrew its Application. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
