The Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC) received the letter you submitted
on behalf of France Telecom Corporate Solutions, LLC. advising us of the Company
intent to conduct business in Idaho as a resold CMRS provider. As you indicated in the
letter, the PUC does not regulate resold CMRS. Thus, France Telecom is not required to
obtain authority from the Commission to begin providing resold CMSR in Idaho.

France Telecom Corporate Solutions LLC. ("FTCS") hereby notifies the Idaho Public
Service Commission ("Commission ) of FTCS's intention to provide resold Commercial
Mobile Radio Services ("CMRS") within the State of Idaho.
The Commission has previously authorized FTCS as both a competitive local-
exchange carrier and a Title 62 company (Utility ID FRN- T) in the State of Idaho.
FTCS understands that the Commission does not regulate resold CMRS. As such
FTCS is not required to obtain authority from the Commission in order to commence
providing resold CMRS in Idaho. Please contact us immediately if this is not the case.
