SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF FRANCE TELECOM
CORPORATE SOLUTIONS L.L.C. FOR AMENDED CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY; CASE NO. FRN-T-23-01.

On July 20, 2023, France Telecom Corporate Solutions L.L.C. (“FTCS”) filed an
Application with the Commission for an amended certificate of public convenience and necessity
to provide intrastate Interconnected VoIp services. Application at 1.
On October 25, 2023, the Commission received correspondence from the Company’s
attorney requesting that its Application be withdrawn.
Due to the Company’s voluntary withdrawal, Case No. FRN-T-23-01 is now moot and
should be closed within 14 days after the filing of the withdrawal by operation of Rule 68, IDAPA
31.01.01.068.
