certificate to include authorization to provide intrastate Interconnected VoIP services.

I. Services

FTCS is authorized to provide resold IXC and CLEC services in the State of Idaho (Dkt.
No. FRN-T-04-01) under Certificate No. 442. FTCS would like to amend Certificate No.
442 to include intrastate Interconnected VoIP services.

FTCS hereby incorporates all information previously provided in Dkt. No. FTN-T-04-01
in support of this request.
