RATE ADJUSTMENT COMPLIANCE FILING
BACKGROUND
On February 25 , 2010, PacifiCorp, dba Rocky Mountain Power ("Company ), filed an
application to increase its Customer Efficiency Services Rate ("Schedule 191") by 2.13%. See Case
No. P AC-1 0-03. After receiving comments from Staff, two intervening parties, and the public
the Commission issued Order No. 32023, approving a 1 % increase to Schedule 191 rather than the
requested 2.13 %. In compliance to the Order, Rocky Mountain Power submitted a revised tariff
sheet on June 30, 2010, reflecting the Commission s decision. The Company has asked for an
effective date of July 1 2010.
ST AFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the new tariff, and confirms that the increase from 3.72% to 4.72%
comports with the directives of Order No. 32023. Staff therefore recommends the Commission
approve the revised Schedule 191 tariff sheet.
COMMISSION DECISION
