ORDER NO. 27584

On May 4, 1998, Fremont Telcom Company filed Tariff Advice No. 98-02 requesting that the Commission approve changes regarding its current Suspension Service for its local telecommunication customers. Fremont proposed to reserve only the telephone number and directory listing, but not necessarily the access line serving the customer requesting a suspension of local service. On May 21, 1998, the Commission issued Order No. 27537 suspending the Tariff Advice for a period of ninety days.
Following discussions with the Staff, Fremont requested authority to withdraw its Tariff Advice on June 8, 1998. The Commissions Procedural Rule 67 provides that withdrawal of a tariff advice will be effective fourteen days after filing [u]nless otherwise ordered by the Commission. IDAPA 31.01.01.067. Based upon the Companys request and our Procedural Rule, the Commission finds it is reasonable to allow the Company to withdraw Tariff Advice No. 98-02.

O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Fremont Telecom Company be allowed to withdraw its Tariff Advice No. 98-02. Accordingly, the Commission shall take no action regarding the Tariff Advice.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. FRE-T-98-1 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. FRE-T-98-1 . Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code  61626.
