FREMONT TELCOM CO. REQUESTED AUTHORITY TO REFINANCE
AUTHORIZED COBANK DEBT; CASE NO. FRE-T-17-01.
Commission Order No. 32710 with the Supplemental Order issued on March 20,2013
granted Fremont Telecom Co. dba Blackfoot (Company) the authority to issue debt instruments
with CoBank. The Company now requests authority to execute an amended master loan
agreement and other instruments of security with CoBank to refinance the existing loan. The
Commitment l.etterdated February 16,2017 has been provided as Confidential. The Company
will file final signed loan documents.
All fees have been paid in accordance with ldaho Code g 6l-905.
STAX'[' RECOMMENDATION
Staffrecommends approval of the loan request to refinance the CoBank Debt. The loan
refinancing will lower the overall cost and payment obligations. Staffalso recommends all final
loan documents be filed with the Commission.
