Farmers Mutual is a full-service telecommunications company proposing to offer dialtone, local- and long-distance calling and cellular services, among other services, in Idaho. The application lists Reece M. Hrizuk of Fruitland as the registered agent. In order to provide the service throughout CenturyLink’s service area, Farmers Mutual will need to enter into an interconnection agreement with CenturyLink. When that agreement is executed, CenturyLink will file it with the commission for approval. The commission is taking comments on the application through Aug. 12. Comments are accepted via e-mail by accessing the commission’s Website at www.puc.idaho.gov and clicking on "Case Comment Form,” under the “Consumers” heading.
