Farmers Mutua 1 Telephone Company,Idaho corporation,its
successors and assigns own,ho ld,const ruct,otherwise
acquire and maintain and operate facilities for the provision to
for the publ ic te lecommunications services the
inhabi tants of the area as set forth and described in Appendix
attached hereto and reference made part hereof;
exercise all rights and privileges which have been granted to
said Farmers Mutual Telephone Company,its successors and
ass igns any franchise permi t conferred hereafter
conferred upon said Farmers Mutua 1 Telephone Company,its
successors and assigns by any city or village, or by any county,
the State Idaho,any political subdivision
thereof in the area hereinbefore set forth.
THIS CERTIFICATE is predicated upon and issued pursuant
the findings and order this Commi ss ion,the same being
Order No. 22573 made and entered on the 90C day of June, 1989.
