RE:MIDV ALE TELEPHONE EXCHANGE'S COMPLIANCE TARIFF
FILING TO INCREASE LOCAL RESIDENTIAL RATES.
On April 8, 2010, Midvale Telephone Exchange (Midvale) submitted a compliance filing
to increase local residential line rates in compliance with Commission Order No. 30951 issued
on December 4 2009. The residential line rates for Midvale, Yellow Pine, Warren, Warm Lake
Lakeview and Stanley will increase from $24.10 to $25.76 with an effective date of June 1 2010.
Midvale is an Idaho USF recipient company and submits this filing to meet the minimum
threshold rates to receive Idaho USF funding. At Staffs request, on April 23 , 2010, Midvale
provided a copy of the public notice informing its residential subscribers of the rate increase.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing for compliance with Order No. 30951 and recommends
approval of the filing with an effective date of June 1 2010.
