SUBJECT: FARMERS MUTUAL TELEPHONE COMPANY,
CASE NO. FMT-T-12-01
On October 16, 2012, Farmers Mutual Telephone Company filed a Petition for
waiver of FCC threshold requirements for numbering resources for Fruitland, Idaho. On
November 30, 2012, Farmers Mutual filed a Notice of Withdrawal of its Petition stating that
Commission Staff and Farmers resolved the numbering issue, thus Farmers no longer needs the
requested waiver. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
