NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR WAIVER FOR ADDITIONAL
NUMBERING RESOURCES
Farmers Mutual Telephone Company ("Farmers"), by and through its
undersigned attorney, and pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01.068, files the following Notice
of Withdrawal of Petition for Waiver of certain FCC threshold requirements for the
release of numbering resources (the "Petition"). Farmers filed the Petition with the
Commission on October 16, 2012. Since filing the Petition, Farmers and Commission
staff have resolved the numbering issue and thus Farmers no longer needs the waiver
requested by the petition.
Farmers respectfully requests that the Petition be withdrawn and the matter
closed
