In November 1998, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) petitioned the Commission to rule that CTC Telecom, Inc. should be treated as an incumbent local exchange carrier pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251(h)(2). Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.8, the IPUC hereby withdraws its Petition without prejudice in the above referenced case.
