To whom it may concern:
Clear Voice Telecom, Inc. (EXT-T) hereby withdraws its written notice of intent to operate as a
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ("CLEC") in the state of Idaho. We also request cancellation
of all tariffs and price lists for the state of Idaho. Clear Voice Telecom is a hosted VolP provider
and does not currently fall under the rules of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission and FCC as a
CLEe.
