IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity,
Certificate No. 541, is issued to EarthGrid PBC dba EarthGrid PBC Corporation (“EarthGrid”).
This Certificate authorizes EarthGrid to provide facilities-based and resold local exchange
telecommunication services in Idaho. The Commission approved EarthGrid’s Certificate by Order
No. 35776 issued May 10, 2023, and authorized Earthgrid to provide telecommunications services
in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of
the Order and is effective for service performed on or after May 10, 2023.
