RE:INLAND TELEPHONE COMPANY COMPLIANCE TARIFF FILING
TO INCREASE LOCAL RESIDENTIAL TELEPHONE SERVICE RATE.
On January 15 2010, Inland Telephone Company (Inland) submitted a compliance filing
pursuant to Commission Order No. 30951 issued on December 4 2009. Upon Staffs request
Dir~ct provided a copy of the notification that was mailed to its customers on January 12, 2010
advising them of the local residential rate increase from $21.63 to $25.76 effective February 1
2010.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed Inland's filing for compliance with Order No. 30951 and recommends
approval of the filing with an effective date of February 1 2010.
