RE:DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE TARIFF FILING TO
INCREASE RESIDENTIAL RATES; ADVICE LETTER 09-01.
On December 16, 2009, Direct Communications-Rockland (DCR) filed Tariff Advice
Letter 09-01 to increase residential access line rate from $24.10 to $25.76 in compliance with
Commission Order No. 30951 issued on December 4 2009. DCR is an Idaho USF recipient
company and submits this filing to meet the minimum threshold rates to receive Idaho USF
funding. With this filing, DCR enclosed a copy of the public notice that was provided to its
customers in the September 2009 customer bills. DCR filed for an effective date of January 1
2010.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the filing for compliance with Order No. 30951 and recommends
approval of the filing with an effective date of January 2010.
