On behalf of Zayo Group, LLC ("Zayo"), enclosed for electronic filing with the Commission is the first
of three compliance reports indicating the number of basic local exchange customers Zayo has in
Idaho, and the services being offered by Zayo in Idaho.
As of November 27, 2023, Zayo has zero ("0") local exchange customers, as the local exchange
customers that Zayo will obtain from Electric Lightwave, LLC ("Electric Lightwave") continue to be
served by Electric Lightwave until the consolidation of Electric Lightwave with and into Zayo, as
described in the above-referenced Case.1
