RE:NOTIFICATION BY ELECTRIC LIGHTWAVE,LLC.
On April 16,2004,a letter was filed by Electric Lightwave notifying the Commission
that the Company had changed its structure from a corporation to a limited liabilitycompany.
Electric Lightwave also included an updated price list reflecting the change and updated contact
information.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Electric Lightwave was granted Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.344
in Case No.ELI-T-98-1.The Company is registered with the Secretary of State as Electric
Lightwave,LLC.Staff has reviewed the filing and recommends that Certificate No.344 be
amended to reflect the Company's new name,Electric Lightwave,LLC.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to amend Certificate No.344 to reflect the Company's
new name,Electric Lightwave,LLC?
