RE:CANCELLATION OF BRIDGEBAND COMMUNICATION, INc.'
CERTIFICATE 406.
On January 6 2002, the Commission approved BridgeBand Communication, Inc.
(BridgeBand) CPCN Application and Certificate No. 406 was issued to the Company.
December 4 2009, the Commission received a letter from BridgeBand stating that it will not be
providing services in Idaho and requests that the Company be "removed from the Idaho PUc."
In a follow up conversation, Staff was advised that BridgeBand customers in Idaho are
served by third-party telecommunications providers and will not be affected by the Company
withdrawal from the state. Staff, therefore, recommends that the Commission cancel Certificate
No. 406.
