It has been brought to Edge s attention that the Application erroneously included the Stanley wire center in the Custer Telephone study area. 1 The Stanley wire center is, in fact, included in the Midvale Telephone study area. Because including the Stanley wire center in Edge s proposed ETC area I Unfortunately, the color scheme on the map posted at the Commission website makes it hard to distinguish between the Midvale and Custer wire centers, See http://www.puc.idaho.gov/telecomJexchanges.pdf. EDGE WIRELESS, LLC'S ERRATA TO APPLICATION AND EXHIBITS - pox 1643892vl 0054189-000049 PUBLIC VERSION would require the Commission to redefine the Midvale study area to the wire center level, and in accord with Commission Staff s recommendation that Edge exclude any wire centers from its proposed ETC area that would require redefinition, Edge will remove the Stanley wire center from its proposed ETC. Removing the Stanley wire center from Edge s proposed ETC area results in a reduction of anticipated universal service support over the projected two year period of$**HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL**. In addition, Edge will no longer utilize universal service support to invest in network improvements in the Stanley wire center. Instead, Edge will invest the universal service support that would have been spent in the Stanley wire center to construct a new cell site in the **HIGHL Y CONFIDENTIAL** wire center. The following errata are designed to remove the Stanley wire center from Edge proposed ETC area. ERRATA APPLICATION 1. Footnote 9, first sentence: Replace "five" with "six ; after "Citizens territory" insert ", one in Midvale territory, 2. Footnote 9 , second sentence: after "Citizens" insert ", Midvale 3.
