MODIFYING FRANCHISE FEE/T AX ADJUSTMENT SCHEDULE
BACKGROUND
On December 11 , 2009, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company ) submitted a tariff advice
proposing to modify its Franchise Fee/Tax Adjustment Schedule tariff sheet. Four cities from
which the Company collects franchise fees adopted new ordinance numbers for their franchise fee
agreements. The proposed modifications will reflect the revised ordinance numbers in the tariff
sheets for the cities of Ammon, Caldwell, Sun Valley, and Wendell. There is no change to the
franchise fee rate the cities charge.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Intermountain Gas Company s Tariff Advice
No. 09-01 for filing with an effective date of February 1 2010.
