AND NECESSITY NO.470;CASE NO.ECL-T-20-01
BACKGROUND
On December 29,2020,the Commission received a letter from Intessera Consulting
Group on behalf of Eltopia Communications,LLC.(Eltopia)stating it has no customers in Idaho
and wishes to voluntarily withdraw its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and
cancel its tariffs on file with the Commission.Eltopia was granted Certificate No.470 in
September of 2007.(Case No.ECL-T-07-01)
STAFF REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Eltopia be granted its request and that Certificate No.470 be
withdrawn without prejudice and that its tariffs be cancelled.
