Dear Mr. Kalala-Kasanda:

Thank you for your recent call regarding the above-identified ETC Application by my client,
DISH Wireless L.L.C. Pursuant to your request, as further memorialized in your email of March
14, 2023, I am including the following additional information as a formal supplement to the
pending Application:

1. DISH Wireless, under the Gen Mobile brand, is in the process of notifying the federally
recognized tribes within the borders of Idaho. As the notices are sent and received, DISH Wireless
will submit them to the PUC as additional supplements to this Application.

2. Enclosed herewith, please see the relevant excerpts of DISH’s 10-K, which includes a letter from
the company’s independent registered public account firm on DISH’s consolidated financial
statements as well as the following consolidated financial statements: balance sheets, statements
of operations and comprehensive income, statements of changes in stockholders’ equity, and
statements of cash flows.

As additional information becomes available, we will be in further contact for additional
supplementation to the ETC Application.
