basis within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved Digi-Comm s Certificate by Order
No. 30013 issued April 11 , 2006, and authorized Digi-Comm to provide telecommunications
services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the
findings ofthe Commission in Order No. 30013.
