IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 372, is issued to dPi-Teleconnect, LLC. This Certificate authorizes dPi-Teleconnect to provide resold local exchange service in those areas currently served by U S WEST Communications and GTE Northwest and any other relevant incumbent-facilities-based LECs. In Order No. 28185 issued October 22, 1999, the Commission approved dPi-Teleconnect’s Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide, on a resale basis, prepaid monthly reoccurring, flat-rate residential local exchange service, and other services available on a resale basis from the underlying incumbent local exchange carrier. This Certificate is predicated upon and pursuant to the findings of the Commission contained in Order No. 28185.
