BACKGROUND
On November 9, 2009, MCCI requested that the Commission cancel its certificate of
authority granted in Case No. MCC-06-, Order No. 30112, Certificate No. 462. MCCI
states that it is no longer providing intrastate telecommunications services in Idaho and that it
does not have any customers.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends approval of the cancellation of this
certificate. Does the Commission agree?
