On September 14,2009 Direct Communications Star West, Inc. requested the CPCN Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity in Idaho Public Utility Commission (IPUC) Order No. 30116 that
was issued on August 21, 2006 be transferred to Direct Communications Cable LLC. Direct
Communications Star West Inc. was advised that this transfer was not possible.
This letter is being provided as a formal request to withdrawal the previous letter requesting transfer.
Please refer to Case No. DCS-T-05-01. Direct Communications Star West Inc. would like to cancel
Certificate 463.
