Direct Communcations Star West, Inc. (DCSW) filed with the Idaho Public Utilities
Commssion (!UC) for a Certficate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) in
2005 and was issued a CPCN in Idaho Public Utility Commssion (IPUC) Order No.
30116 on August 21,2006.

The assets that were in DCSW which were used to provide broadbaAd and dial-up
Internet access have been moved to Direct Communcations Cable LLC (DCC) which
provides all of the non-reguated telecommuncations servces for Direct
Communcations and its afliated companes. We would like to request the CPCN that is
held in DCSW he transferred to Direct Communcations Cable LLC. Attched is a
Cerficate of Existence from the Secreta of State of Idao for DCC.
Direct Communcations Sta West, Inc. will no longer provide non-reguated
telecommuncations services but will now be providig management services to the
Dirct Communcation famly of companes.
