Certificate authorizes Direct to provide broadband and dial-up Internet access to residents and
businesses within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved Direct's Certificate by Order
No. 30116 issued August 21 , 2006, and authorized Direct to provide telecommunications
services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the
findings of the Commission in Order No. 30116.
