Direct Communications Rockland, Inc. ("Direct Communications" or "Applicant'), by
and through its attorney, Cynthia A. Melillo PLLC, files this Amended Application for an Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ('Commission') order certi$ing that certain telecommunications
equipment is eligible for the broadband infrastnrcture ta,x credit authorized by Section 63-3029,
Idaho Code. In support of its Amended Application, Direct Communications states as follows:
1. Direct Communications is a provider of basic local exchange se,rvice, broadband
telecommunications service and other telecommunications services in southsm Idatro.
2. In the original Application, the information provided did not meet the
requirements of the new Commission ordo, Order No. 35297 in Case No. GNR-T-21-10 (the
't[ew Order"). In this Amended Application, Applicant submits new information to meet the
requirements of the Commissions New Order.
3. Attached hereto as Exhibit A, is the corrected Application of Direct
Communications listing the qualified broadband equipment within the meaning of Section 63-
3029(D(3)O), Idaho Code, in which Applicant invested during the calendar yex 2027, along
with other information regarding such equipment as required by the Commission's New Order.
