In support of its Application, Direct Communcations-Rockland states as follows: 1) Direct Communications-Rockland is a provider of broadband telecommunications service and other telecommunications services in southern Idao. 2) Durng the calendar year 2007, Direct Communcations-Rockland made certin investments that constitute "quaified broadband equipment" withn the meaning of Section 63- 3029(I)(3)(b), Idaho Code. Ðçliibit A, attched hereto, describes Direct Communcations- Rockland's qualified broadband equipment and contans the information and representations required by this Commission's Order No. 28784 in Case No. GNR-T-Ol-lO. In the event the Commission determines that fuher proceedings are necessar, Direct Communcations-Rockland stands ready for immediate hearngs. WHEREFORE, Direct Communcations-Rockland requests that the Commission issue its order determining that the installed equipment described in Exhibit A constitutes quaified broadband equipment eligible for the investment tax credit authorized by Section 63-30291, Idaho Code.
