IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 332, is issued to Direct Communications Lakeside, Inc. (formerly Lakeside Communications, Inc.), a subsidiary of Direct Communications Rockland, Inc. (formerly Rockland Telephone Company, Inc.) to authorize Direct Communications Lakeside to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunication services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Direct Communications Lakesides Certificate by Order No. 27166 issued October 20, 1997, in Case Nos. USW-T-97-17, COL-T-97-1, COU-T-97-1, DCL-T-97-1, FMT-T-97-1, FRE-T-97-1, PRJ-T-97-1, SAW-T-97-1, WTL-T-97-1. Order No. 27166 limits the areas in which Direct Communications Lakeside is authorized to provide Title 61 services and includes the following territory:
