CZ8-06- ORDER NO. 30980 On January 7, 2010, Cactus International, Inc. requested that its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 466 issued by the Commission on December 27 2006 be withdrawn. Cactus stated it currently has no customers in Idaho and has discontinued providing intrastate telecommunications service within Idaho. In its Decision Meeting on January 11 , 2010, the Commission approved Cactus s request for cancellation of Certificate No. 466. COMMISSION FINDINGS In November 2006, Cactus International, Inc. filed an Application with the Commission requesting authority to provide telecommunications services within the State of Idaho, and in December 2006, the Commission granted Cactus s Application for a CPCN. Order No. 30207. On January 7 , 2010, Cactus requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated that it will not provide local exchange services within Idaho. Accordingly, no customers will be affected by cancellation of Cactus s Certificate. Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No. 466 and remove the Company s price list or tariff on file. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Cactus International, Inc.s request for cancellation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 466 is granted. Certificate No. 466 is no longer in effect, and Cactus is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code g g 61-619 and 61-626.
