On November 8, 2005, Contact Communications, Inc. filed an Application
requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide basic local exchange
service in Idaho. On January 9, 2006, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn
without prejudice. Consequently, Contact Communication s Application for a Certificate is
hereby considered withdrawn and the case closed.
