MINUTE ORDER
On September 15, 2000, the Commission issued Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 378 to Convergent Communications Services, Inc. pursuant to Order No. 28389.
On February 29, 2002, the Company stated that it would not reorganize as a result of its pending Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Company requested that its Certificate and price list be withdrawn. Staff presented this matter to the Commission at its March 4, 2002 decision meeting. Staff recommended and the Commission approved the request for withdrawal. Consequently, Convergent’s request to withdraw Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 378 is considered withdrawn and no further action is necessary.
