IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to Citizens Telecommunications Company dba Citizens Telecom, Certificate No. 323, to authorize Citizens Telecom to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Citizen Telecoms Certificate by Order No. 26775 issued January 27, 1997. Order No. 26775 limits the areas in which Citizens Telecom is authorized to provide Title 61 services, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 26775.
